As according to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 7/7 / PBI / 2005 on Customer Complaint Resolution and Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) circular letter No. 2/SEOJK.07 / 2014 on the Services and Solution to Customers’ Complaints Filed to Financial Institution, the timing of a customer complaint is a maximum of 20 working days and can be extended for the next 20 working days.
In the event that there is disagreement in the resolution of complaints, you can also file a complaint through Banking Mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution which is facilitated by Bank Indonesia or the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
