S1 and/or S2 graduates from leading universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate with GPA minimum 3,00 (out of 4,00) scale for BMDP.
Bachelor degree (S1) any discipline from reputable universities for all positions, except for Customer Service / Teller / Senior Relation Manager & Relationship Manager can be Diploma Degree with minimum 1 year experience at the same position.
Minimum 2 years of experience at the same position in banking industry for Senior Relationship Manager & Back Office.
Maximum 26 years of age for BMDP.
Highly motivated, self-starter, discipline and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
