Alternative working hours that we provide are as follows : 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., or from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (subject to the nature of the work).

    Bank Ekonomi puts also high concern on employee activities. We established social and sports clubs to facilitate our employees’ hobbies and interests. These clubs are managed by HR Employee Relations and fully supported by Board of Management.

    These clubs are : Beroders 846 (motor rider club), BER Golf Club, BER Imagine (photography club), Futsal BER, Badminton, Band, etc. All employees are entitled to join these clubs.

Bank Ekonomi Management Development Programme (Code: BMDP)

Qualifications:

Any major of study preferably Business, Economics, Engineering and Science; Highly involved in campus leadership and organizational activities; Mastery of English, TOEFL score minimum 500.

Senior Relationship Manager (Funding/Lending) (Code: SRM)

Qualifications:

Solid sales experience and a track record of exceeding sales targets; Good knowledge of basic banking products, knowledge of Investment Products is strongly preferred (Funding), strong Commercial Credit Skill (Lending); Strong community ties with demonstrated success in developing a new customer base and deep customer relationships.

Relationship Manager (Funding/Lending) (Code: BDM)

Qualifications:

'Rush-hunt' driven, emotional resilience, self-motivator, confident in presenting himself, determined to aggressively explore sales opportunity, able to defuse in high tension situation & deadlines, able to work with minimum supervision, result driven, having excellent analytical and logical thinking, adaptive to new situation and role.

Customer Service & Teller (Code: CS/TL)

Qualifications:

Honest, customer oriented, highly motivated/hard worker, enjoy working with details, high accuracy and excellent administration skills, computer literate (MS Office) and able to work in a computerized environment.

Back Office (Code: BO)

Qualifications:

Computer literate (MS Office) and able to work in a computerized environment, enjoy working with details, high accuracy and excellent administration skills.

General Requirements

  1. S1 and/or S2 graduates from leading universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate with GPA minimum 3,00 (out of 4,00) scale for BMDP.

  2. Bachelor degree (S1) any discipline from reputable universities for all positions, except for Customer Service / Teller / Senior Relation Manager & Relationship Manager can be Diploma Degree with minimum 1 year experience at the same position.

  3. Minimum 2 years of experience at the same position in banking industry for Senior Relationship Manager & Back Office.

  4. Maximum 26 years of age for BMDP.

  5. Highly motivated, self-starter, discipline and able to work under pressure.

  6. Proficient in written and spoken English.
